All salary and tax calculations run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never shared. We have no database of user salaries.

Salary, bonus, pension, student loan and similar values you type into our calculators are processed by JavaScript on your own device. They are not sent to our servers. Closing or refreshing the page discards them.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — for example, which calculators are most popular and how visitors find the site. This may set cookies and collect your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not identify you personally and is never linked to the figures you enter. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use a small local-storage entry to remember your light or dark theme preference. Analytics cookies are set by Google as described above. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

We load Chart.js from a public CDN and use Google Analytics. These providers may receive your IP address as part of serving the request. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete. If you have a question about privacy, or believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will respond promptly. If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR.

Our calculators provide estimates for guidance only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Always confirm your position with your payslip, HMRC, or a qualified adviser before making decisions.
